AutoReady Secured SMS Program

AutoReady Secured is a DBA of FuelSmart Miles LLC. References to “AutoReady Secured,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these SMS Terms refer to FuelSmart Miles LLC, operating under the AutoReady Secured trade name.

The AutoReady Secured SMS Program delivers account notifications and recurring marketing messages. Marketing may include promotional offers, product and service updates, featured website resources, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Account notifications confirm changes to your account or preferences.

The program does not send quotes, applications, eligibility screening, referrals, sales calls, appointment requests, or partner marketing.

• Account Notifications. Confirmations and notices about your own account or subscription preferences. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Recurring promotional offers, product and service updates, featured website resources, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Generally up to 4 messages per month.

Each category requires its own separate consent.

You join by checking the consent box for a message category on our subscribe page and providing a valid mobile number. All boxes are unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to receive text messages, and consent is never bundled with Terms acceptance or email sign up.

Marketing sends approximately 4 messages per month. Account notifications are sent only when your account or preferences change, so frequency varies.

Msg and data rates may apply. Message and data charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to end that AutoReady Secured SMS program. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages for that program unless you opt in again.

You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and located in the United States. Message delivery depends on carrier support and is not available on all carriers or devices.

Information collected through the SMS Program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We record the phone number, selected category, consent timestamp, source page, consent disclosure version, user agent, and IP address where available.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes to the program will be reflected here, and continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
