AutoReady Secured is a DBA of FuelSmart Miles LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “AutoReady Secured,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FuelSmart Miles LLC, operating under the AutoReady Secured trade name.

We collect only what you choose to give us and basic technical information:

• Contact form details: full name, email address, subject, and message.
• Subscription details: full name, email address, and, if you select an SMS category, your mobile phone number.
• SMS consent records: the phone number provided, the message categories selected, the consent timestamp, the source page, the consent disclosure version, the browser user agent, and the IP address when it is available to our systems.
• Basic usage information such as pages viewed and general device or browser type.

We use information to respond to written inquiries, to deliver the messages you requested, to maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests, and to keep the website functional and secure. We do not use your information to generate sales calls, quotes, applications, referrals, or third-party outreach.

If you check an SMS consent box, we send text messages only for the category you selected:

• Account Notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Generally up to 4 messages per month.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to end that AutoReady Secured SMS program. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages for that program unless you opt in again. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

The website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for basic operation and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell information about you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

We keep inquiry and subscription information for as long as needed to respond to you and to run the messaging programs you joined. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to document compliance, even after you unsubscribe.

You may reply STOP to any message to end that SMS program, or email help@autoreadysecured.com to ask us to remove your details from our subscription records. Requests to stop SMS are processed for the applicable program, and we do not resume messaging unless you opt in again.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, email help@autoreadysecured.com and we will delete it.

Our guides may link to outside resources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of the page will be updated.
